Enter all four border widths in the same unit (mm or pixels).
How to use it
- Photograph the card straight on, or use a ruler or centering tool.
- Measure each border from the card edge to the art frame, in the same unit.
- Read the two ratios. Repeat for the back.
Ratio = larger border ÷ (both borders) × 100, written larger first. For example 2.2 mm and 1.8 mm give 55/45.
PSA’s published Gem Mint 10 standard is approximately 55/45 or better on the front and 75/25 on the back, and graders may use discretion. Centering is only one part of a grade.
